Built properly, cast to a known weight
One product, made the same way across the range: solid precast concrete with a steel rebar handle cast straight in, so every block carries by hand and holds by weight.

- 40kg: approx. 340 × 270 × 225mm, tapering to 315 × 240mm at the base
- 100kg: approx. 350 × 350 × 345mm
- 500kg: approx. 1200 × 600 × 600mm

Common questions
What are the blocks made of?
Solid precast reinforced concrete, with a steel rebar handle cast straight into the block. That gives a fixed, known weight that carries by hand and stands up to being left outdoors year round.
What weights and sets are available?
Blocks come in 40kg, 100kg, 500kg and 1000kg. The 40kg is sold in sets of 2 up to 10, the 100kg in sets of 2 up to 8, the 500kg in pairs, and the 1000kg as a single block.
What are the block dimensions?
Dimensions vary by weight. Tell us the weight you need and we will confirm the exact size so you can check fit and clearance for your job.
Do the blocks have a lifting handle?
Yes. A steel rebar handle is cast into every block, so the smaller weights can be carried and placed by hand and the larger ones lifted by machine.
Are they weatherproof and reusable?
They are. Solid concrete sits outdoors in any weather and stacks tidily between uses, so one set of blocks lasts across many jobs.
